Princeton Police Department Issues Urgent Appeal for Public Assistance

PRINCETON, Texas - The Princeton Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a child abducted from a local park on Tuesday evening.

The child, identified as 5-year-old Emily Smith, was last seen playing at Princeton Community Park around 6:30 p.m.

Witnesses reported seeing a suspicious vehicle, described as a dark-colored SUV, parked near the park entrance.

Emily was wearing a pink dress and white sandals when she was abducted.

The only information available about the suspect is that they were seen driving a dark-colored SUV.

The police have not released any further details about the suspect.

The Princeton Police Department is urging the public to report any information they may have about Emily's abduction.
