International condemnation is growing following an Israeli airstrike on a camp for displaced people in the southern Gaza town of Rafah. Many of those killed were innocent civilians, including women and children.

Unrwa Official: People in Rafah 'Exhausted, Degraded, Humiliated'

The attack has sparked widespread outrage, with United Nations officials condemning it as a "heinous crime." Robert Turner, the director of operations in Gaza for the UN Relief and Works Agency (Unrwa), stated that the people in Rafah were "exhausted, degraded, and humiliated" after days of relentless bombardment. He added that the airstrike had "devastated" an area where civilians had sought refuge.
